These mobile messaging terms and conditions relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Buss Lincoln ("us" or "we"). Mobile carriers require business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable text messaging. This is required of all businesses sending SMS from both short code numbers and long code numbers (10DLC).

  1. General: If you agree to receive text SMS/messages from us, these messages may be sent using autodialers and may include promotions, order or account information, multi-factor authentication codes, and other messages related to our services.
  2. Opt-in/Consent to Receive Messages: We do not sell, rent, share, or give your consent to receive text messages to third parties.
  3. Consent is Not Required: You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy from us or use our services.
  4. Opt-Out at Anytime: You can stop receiving text messages whenever you want by texting STOP. After you ask to stop, you may still receive a few messages until we fully process your request. For assistance, reply HELP.
  5. Frequency of Messages: The number of text messages we send can vary depending on your activity and ongoing promotions.
  6. Message Rates: Your mobile carrier might charge standard message and data rates. We might not be able to deliver messages to every mobile carrier.
  7. Additional Terms, Changes: These Mobile Terms add to any other policies and agreements on our website. If we modify these Mobile Terms, we will post the updated version on our website. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
